How to register a new App on the Cloud

Buy the App on the AppStore. Choose a language and close the instructions by pressing the Done button.

Only available module is Team. Tap that to enter the Team module.

Tap the Edit button and fill the fields below. To field You registration Email write your Aple ID.

Enter your international phone number in the field Your registration Phone, e.g. 00 421 910903507.

The Team Registration Code is a max 5 digit code under which your club participates in a race.

To field Main Coach mail for meet results - enter the Apple ID (Email) of coach responsible for inserting the results into the App iSwimManager in your swimming club.

Save the filled data by pressing the Save button.

Press the Registration App to Cloud button to register the App to the cloud.

Press the Register button to display the App registration code.

Press the Next button to start the annual maintenance payment.

After payment, App will be registered to the Cloud.

How to register Main Group on the Cloud

iSwimManager recognize two types of groups. Main group - field You registration mail in module Team is the same as field Group coach mail in module Group. Other group - field You registration mail in module Team is defferent than field Group coach mail in module Group.

After registration the App moves to the module Group.

Set up your group and press the Edit button. Fill all necessary information.

The most important fields are the Group Registration Code (max 5 digits), the email address (need to be same as entered email in the Team module).

When App detects that these two mails are the same takes the group as Main.

Main group send records to the Cloud.

If mail does not match, it takes a group like Other, which only receives cloud records.

Mail adressess in field List registration mail (Apple ID of swimmers or other coaches, whitch have access to training plans and training of group) need to be separate by ";".

The list may be edited at any time.

After each edit, group need to be registrate again in order to saved change on the Cloud.

The most important data are the Group Registration Code (max 5 characters), the email address, which must be sure to be entered in the Team module.

When App detects that these two mails are the same takes the group as Main.

Main groups send records to the Cloud.

If mail does not match, it takes a group like Other, which only receives cloud records.

It also writes a list of all its emails separated by ";".

The list may be amended at any time.

Each time a change is made, it must register in order for the change to be written to the Cloud.

After filling all data, press the Save button.

Choose group you want to registrate and click the Group registration for Group button.

Tap the Register button to display the SMS Registration Code

Click the Next button to start the registration of group.

After this step App will automatically continuously send training plans, trainings and race results saved in the App. It send data on Cloud only to swimmers or coaches whose are content in field List registration mail. Only them have acces to these data.

How send SMS registration code swimmers or coach

Contact your trainer to send you a SMS with Registration Code.

The coach need to open Group module and choose the group.

See the Send Register Code button.

Tap the button to open a list of the names and email addresses of swimmers or coaches who have registered their App on Cloud.

Coach selects the name of swimmer or other coach and pop up a screen for sending SMS Registration code of chosen person.

This code will appear as an SMS on the swimmer´s or coach´s phone display.

How to register Other Group (Coach/Swimmer)

Swimmers as well as the coach register their App in the Team module and enter their registration mail.

This mail was added to the field List registration mail by coach when he registered his group.

After registration of App, move to the Group module.

Select the group and press the Edit button.

Enter the fields Group Code, Group coach and Group coach mail according to the trainer application settings. After data setup, press the Save button.

Tap the button Group Registration for Cloud again.

By pressing the Register button, App asks for the registration code, which must be sent by its trainer via SMS.

After correct entering of Registration code, press the Next button to register the group.

After registration of group the App iSwimManager automatically download Training Plans, Trainings of his group, and the race results of the whole club.

Training plan and Training are automatically downloaded by setting up your group in the Calendar module.

The results will be downloaded automatically by starting Manager of swim meets module.

5. How to send and receive training plan, training and results

How to send training plans and training to the cloud.

We will send your training plans and workouts to the cloud by launching the Calendar module.

Sending occurs if the group's registration mail is the same as the App's registration mail

Click on the Group button and select a group.

The iPad must be connected to the Internet for the transfer to take place.

If the App is registered and the selected group is registered, the transfer of training plans and group training to the cloud will start automatically.

A screen will appear on which you can see the sending data.

When finished, the screen disappears.

How to download training plans and training from the cloud.

Training plans and workouts will be downloaded from the cloud by launching the Calendar module.

Downloading occurs if the group's mailing list is different than the App's mailing list.

Click on the Group button and select a group.

The iPad must be connected to the Internet for the transfer to take place.

If the App is registered and the selected group is registered, the download of training plans and group training from the cloud will start automatically.

A screen appears where you can see the downloaded data.
